Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for reviewing and managing Quality and HACCP documentation
  • Proc der au classe et archiver des documents (papier et électronique).
  • Monitor non-conformities with process owners and assist them in formalizing their management methods in accordance with quality procedures.
  • Prepare for and participate in process reviews.
  • Raise awareness of the quality approach and ensure its popularization at the level of the different categories of staff and ensure feedback regarding opportunities for improvement of the system.
  • Assist process owners in preparing for internal and external audits.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits and contribute to the monitoring and resolution of reservations.
  • Prepare periodic summaries and data analyses with process drivers.
  • To carry out periodic verification of the programs required under HACCP, at the site and annex levels and to contribute to the lifting of any reservations encountered.
  • Participate in the implementation of HACCP and assist team members in related tasks.
  • Participate in the preparation and holding of management reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Initial training: Bac +03 or more, in industrial quality, agri-food, food safety, food science, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a quality or HACCP department in the food industry (ideally in dairy or food production, experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000)
