Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day fit-out site activities

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers

• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project timelines

• Maintain quality standards and monitor productivity

• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong site supervision skills

• Hands-on experience in interior works

• Strong knowledge of gypsum, partitions, flooring, and finishing works

• Ability to read and interpret drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

• Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
