Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate formwork design submissions, approvals, and technical clarifications.
Review BOQs, shop drawings, and formwork material requirements.
Prepare and track material requests, delivery schedules, and return plans.
Liaise with procurement, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Monitor site progress related to formwork cycles and casting sequences.
Assist in preparing reports on material utilization, productivity, and cost optimization.
Maintain records of formwork inventory and movement between sites.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in formwork coordination or project execution within a construction or contracting company.
Strong knowledge of formwork systems (Doka, Peri, RMD, SGB, etc.).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Power PI and project scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
