Roles & Responsibilities

Executive & Operational Support
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meetings across multiple time zones

  • Oversee inbox management, prioritisation, and drafting responses

  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries

  • Prepare meeting briefs, notes, and follow-ups

  • Track tasks, actions, and ensure consistent follow-through

  • Act as a reliable organisational point of support for the founders

Growth & Business Support
Research partnerships, sponsorships, and market opportunities (GCC-focused)

  • Support outreach to partners, media, and event organisers

  • Assist with proposals and commercial opportunities

  • Coordinate speaking engagements and external appearances

  • Contribute to initiatives that support brand and business growth

Skills & Experience

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proactive and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to manage multiple priorities with consistency and reliability

  • Comfortable handling administrative responsibilities to a high standard

  • Commercially curious, with an interest in partnerships and business growth

  • Adaptable and confident working in a founder-led environment
