Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess client fitness levels and goals through detailed consultations and physical evaluations, crafting personalized training programs.
  • Design and implement safe and effective workout routines, adapting exercises based on client progress, limitations, and preferences.
  • Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, ensuring proper form and minimizing the risk of injury during each session.
  • Offer nutritional advice and guidance, helping clients make informed decisions to support their fitness goals and overall health.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Holds a nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, ISSA), demonstrating professional competence.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with diverse clients and fitness levels.
  • Demonstrates experience in a gym or fitness center setting, showcasing practical application of training principles.
