Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (WhatsApp, calls, social media, website)

  • Call potential clients and understand their basic requirements

  • Communicate professionally and confidently with UAE business owners

  • Share service details and packages clearly (training provided)

  • Coordinate client discussions with the technical team

  • Follow up with interested leads and support deal closure

  • Maintain simple lead tracking (Google Sheet / CRM)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Currently residing in the UAE

  • Own valid visa (freelance / spouse / family / employment)

  • Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp communication

  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication style

  • Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or IT (training provided)

  • Organized and responsible with follow-ups

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client coordination

  • Experience in IT services, digital marketing, real estate, or agency environment

  • Female candidates encouraged to apply (strong client engagement skills valued)

Compensation

  • 20%–30% commission per successfully closed project

  • Commission paid immediately after client payment is received

  • No fixed salary (pure freelance / performance-based)

  • High potential earnings based on deal value and performance
