Missions

To guarantee :

• The delivery of transformation projects listed on the real estate FDR under its responsibility, according to predefined standards and within the allotted timeframes.

Ensure :

• Preparation of preliminary studies for the project: technical validation of the premises
• Study and selection of potential sketches and proposals from the project management team
• Planning and monitoring of construction site execution
• Monitoring of major development and redevelopment operations
• Adherence to schedules, standards and contractual deadlines
• Coordination with internal entities and various trades (company, architect, design office)
• Verification and validation of invoices based on the progress of the projects.
• Activity reporting in terms of: site monitoring, budget monitoring, quality monitoring and supplier relations
• Implementation of the moves and rearrangement of the seating areas
• JIRA headquarters and network incident handling

Contribute :

• Participation in the preparation of budgets for his/her activity
• Participation in calls for tenders (specifications, supplier selection)
