4. Provide a list of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of IT industry roles and technologies.
3. Experience sourcing candidates from various channels (LinkedIn, social media, networking).
4. Excellent screening and assessment skills.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present candidates effectively to hiring managers.
