Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct personalized 1:1 online tutoring sessions across various international and national curricula, adapting teaching methods to match individual student learning needs and academic goals.
Assess student performance through assignments, practice tests, and interactive discussions, providing constructive feedback and customized strategies for continuous academic improvement.
Create an engaging and supportive virtual learning environment that promotes active participation, conceptual clarity, confidence building, and consistent student progress.
Collaborate effectively with students, parents, and internal academic teams regarding class schedules, performance updates, learning objectives, and overall academic development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is typically required, providing a foundational understanding of pedagogy.
- Possession of a valid teaching license or certification, demonstrating professional qualifications and adherence to educational standards.
- Prior experience in the education sector, showcasing practical knowledge of teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a teaching role, indicating a proven track record of effective instruction and student engagement.
