Key Responsibilities

* Plan, organize, and oversee freestyle skiing programs, ensuring structured training and development for all age categories.
* Provide professional coaching, instruction, and performance analysis through techniques such as video reviews and progress tracking.
* Supervise and mentor freestyle coaches, promoting consistent quality and adherence to safety standards.
* Conduct both private and group lessons tailored to different skill levels, including sessions for individuals with special needs.
* Support event management and promotions, assisting with freestyle competitions and Ski Academy activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage scheduling, equipment maintenance, and HSE compliance.
* Promote Ski Academy programs and services, contributing to revenue generation through upselling and customer engagement.
* Participate in training sessions for instructors and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service aligned with brand standards.

Ideal Profile

* Certified ski instructor (ISIA or equivalent preferred).
* Proven freestyle skiing or snowboarding coaching experience.
* Physically fit with strong communication and teaching skills.
* Fluency in English required; Arabic an advantage.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong customer service orientation with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
