Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Providing timely support and information to customers’ enquiries and issues; ensuring timely response within the desired service levels.

  • Coordinating with origins, destinations, customers, internal departments to ensure all inspections, certifications, legalizations and special processes for shipments and clients are maintained; increasing levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinating with ground handling agent for delivery order readiness, appoint, VCT

  • Coordinate with individual consignees and origin offices for incoming shipments

  • Coordinate with GHQ office for import MOD approvals. Attending walk in customer enquiries

  • Coordinating with Customer Service for sales team routed shipments

  • Arrival Notification through TANGO (Mail, Phone)

  • Follow up for Short landing, missing shipments any other discrepancies Etc. Updating shipment event (Activities) status in TANGO (Arrival, Clearance & Delivery)Etc.

  • For the new customer creation in TANGO need to coordinate with support team.

  • Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education – Bachelor Degree or Diploma in logistics

  • Work Experience – 2- 3 years experience in Air freight forwarding
