Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clients with accurate information about The Address Investments real estate services.
  • Capture and document client details, inquiries, and call notes in the system.
  • Assess client needs and forward calls or leads to the appropriate Sales Team member.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of current listings, promotions, and company offerings.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and a helpful attitude.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handoffs and lead quality.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or strong interest is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and office software.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn about real estate products and services.
  • Flexibility to work full-time, under office-based arrangements.
