Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide clients with accurate information about The Address Investments real estate services.
- Capture and document client details, inquiries, and call notes in the system.
- Assess client needs and forward calls or leads to the appropriate Sales Team member.
- Maintain updated knowledge of current listings, promotions, and company offerings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and a helpful attitude.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handoffs and lead quality.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry or strong interest is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
- 0-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and office software.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about real estate products and services.
- Flexibility to work full-time, under office-based arrangements.
