Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage departments within the hypermarket.
Manage food quality, hygiene, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.
Handle inventory control, stock management, and wastage reduction.
Supervise staff performance, scheduling, and training activities.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely product availability.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi food safety regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification:-
Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food Service Management, or relevant field.
