Job Description

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Front Desk Agent - Arabic Speaker to join our team at our vibrant hospitality establishment. As a crucial member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, embraces a team-oriented spirit, and demonstrates remarkable multitasking ability. Your primary job will involve greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and improving overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests visiting the facility.
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures with utmost accuracy.
  • Handle guest queries and ensure prompt resolution of any issues they face.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality to meet hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
  • Update guest information promptly to ensure smooth operations and guest safety.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail.
  • Inform guests about hotel amenities, policies, and services available.
  • Ensure accurate billing and keep track of all necessary transactions.
  • Assist with luggage services when necessary and provide concierge assistance.
  • Implement and follow security protocols to ensure guests' and property s safety.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of local attractions for guest recommendations.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills in both.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or front desk environment preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software systems and basic computer skills.
  • Flexible work schedule, including the availability for shifts and weekends.
