Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
  • Ensure all guest information is accurately entered into the system.
  • Provide information on local attractions and hotel amenities to guests.
  • Manage reservations and bookings through phone and online systems.
  • Assist guests with transportation and local directions as needed.
  • Monitor front desk operations and report any issues to management.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming desk area for guests and staff.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing and mail handling as required.
  • Support other departments in the hotel as necessary for guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills in both verbal and written English.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with office machines like computers, printers, and phones.
Proficient in using hotel management and booking software systems.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
