Key Responsibilities

* Greet guests with courtesy, professionalism, and warmth at all times.
* Manage check-in, check-out, and reservations efficiently.
* Communicate guest feedback, concerns, or special requests to supervisors.
* Support with administrative tasks such as room assignments, billing, and record keeping.
* Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across departments.
* Adhere to hotel policies on grooming, health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
* Participate in daily briefings, training, and team development activities.
* Ensure the reception area is always presentable and welcoming.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles within a luxury hotel or 5-star environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to delivering personalized guest service and handling inquiries effectively.
* Ability to remain professional under pressure and in fast-paced situations.
* Multilingual abilities are a plus.
