Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate posting of charges and payments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
  • Monitor and update room availability and guest preferences in the property management system.
  • Follow hotel procedures for security, privacy, and safety of guest information.
  • Promote loyalty programs, upsell rooms and amenities to enhance revenue and guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to grooming and presentation standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service Associate in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera or similar PMS.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.

Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Tech-savvy and capable of handling payment systems, booking portals, and online guest communication.

Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus.

Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
