Position Overview
Marriott International is hiring a Front Desk Agent at Bvlgari Resort Dubai. The role is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations. The Front Desk Agent will deliver exceptional service, maintain accuracy in reports and transactions, and provide guests with information about the property and local attractions.
Core Duties
- Process guest arrivals, confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue keys
- Handle guest payments, room charges, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Manage guest departures including late and disputed charges
- Answer calls, messages, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping to monitor room readiness for arrivals
- Provide directions, property details, and local area information to guests
- Run daily arrival and departure reports and check for accuracy
- Complete cashier and shift closing reports, balance receipts, and drop cash as required
- Follow Marriott s safety, security, and service standards at all times
- Support guests with disabilities and ensure all interactions reflect genuine hospitality
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of cash handling and computer systems
