Key Responsibilities
- Complete cashiering, shift closing, and daily reports accurately in the system
- Review shift logs and daily memo books and record relevant information in logbooks
- Handle guest calls, requests, and issues by coordinating with departments such as housekeeping and bell services
- Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations, verifying identification, securing payment, assigning rooms, and issuing keys
- Sell rooms to walk-in guests based on availability and ensure rates match approved market codes
- Scan and post outlet checks from facilities such as health club and retail outlets to guest rooms
- Support management in training, coaching, motivating, and guiding team members during shifts
- Act as a role model and first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door processes
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions promptly and complete all required safety training
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of information, and protection of company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests warmly, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and ensure high service standards

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of front office or guest services experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or team support experience
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts and remain composed in a fast-paced hotel environment
