Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
The Front Desk Customer Service staff provides primary support to clients, including handling inquiries, complaints, and requests, performing accurate data entry, and maintaining records. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Provide support to clients visiting the front desk.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support branch operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or diploma.
- Previous work experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
