Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking and relaying messages as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred in real estate or retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and polished appearance.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Positive and friendly attitude.
