Roles & Responsibilities


What You Will Do

  • Assist with pre-opening tasks including system setup, guest database creation, and front desk procedures development.

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, providing personalized service and local recommendations.

  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure correct billing and posting of charges.

  • Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest expectations.

  • Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and care.

  • Support daily reporting and shift handover processes.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Four Seasons, embodying service excellence at every interaction.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in front desk, guest services, or luxury hospitality preferred.

  • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and guest relations skills.

  • Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.

  • Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred).

  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
