Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking polished, service-driven Front Office Agents and Butlers to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined, personalised guest experiences in an ultra-luxury environment.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Agent, Butler, or Guest Relations Agent within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort in the GCC
  • Clear, confident communication skills in English
  • Experience working with Opera PMS
  • Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a guest-centric mindset

Package & Benefits

  • Flight to Dubai

  • Company accommodation ( 2 people per room) and transport from the accommodation to the hotel and back
  • Service Charge & Tips & Meals on duty
  • Upselling Commission (Front Office Agent only)

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Front Office Agent, Butler, or Guest Relations Agent within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort in the GCC

Clear, confident communication skills in English

Experience working with Opera PMS
