Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Support Duties :

  • Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist customers with service bookings, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.
  • Coordinate with technicians and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.

Administrative Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update customer records, booking systems, and databases.
  • Prepare daily reports, service logs, and documentation.
  • Manage front desk registers, including visitor logs, call logs, and booking records.
  • Assist in invoice preparation, data entry, and basic accounting coordination.
  • Support HR/Admin tasks such as document collection, filing, and coordination.
  • Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of all documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with HR/Admin for replenishment.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements :

  • Presentable and professional appearance.
  • Well-dressed with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email handling, and booking systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
