Front Office Manager Rosewood Hotels and Resorts

Description of Duties:

Responsible for the smooth operation of the Front Office, the Concierge, and the health club.

Determines own schedule, sets objectives for the staff, and leads the team in an exemplary manner

Ensures that all the staff follows the personal hygiene, freshness, and well-groomed and always maintains cleanliness, especially by using deodorant and mouthwash at the beginning and during the duty.

Develops and implements realistic action plans aiming at introducing and/or improving services. Ensures proper functioning of the Front Office

Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs.

Enforces operational procedures related to front office operation.

Ensures the privacy of our guests.

Maintains an excellent reputation in the eyes of the guests and the staff.

Maintains the Maximum Operating Standards and the Rosewood Standards.
