Roles & Responsibilities
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Dur Hospitality Company SJSC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
The front office supervisor overlooks all operations in the front desk to make sure that front office Team are following the proper hospitality standards to provide hotels guests with all requested services.
His duties can include but not limited to the following tasks:
Check in and out hotel guests / groups of their rooms and supervise FO agents to do the same
Handling VIP guest requests and make sure that their rooms and other requests are adequate to their needs and requirement
Ensure that all front office and guest services team members are following the Front Desk policies and procedures and train the team on it when needed.
Handling shifts schedule for all front office team considering the rush times in operation
Motivate and guide the front office team to energize hospitality standards and attain guest satisfaction.
Handle all guest issues to achieve highest Guest engagement score & GRI.
Assist Front Office manager on all related operational or administrational process and procedures.
Make sure that Front office team has all equipment, tools and stationaries to perform their job perfectly.
