Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We will develop and optimize React applications, focusing on performance and scalability.

You will write high-quality, lightweight JavaScript/TypeScript with minimal bloat.

Use SCSS modules for styling, React Query for data fetching, and Zustand for shared state.

Work with back-end teams for efficient data exchange via REST APIs and JSON.

Implement new technologies, optimise workflows, and maintain coding standards.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and cross-browser compatibility issues.

Coordinate with back-end developers on CI, deployment, and version control.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6), HTML, and CSS
  • Experience with React, React Hooks, SCSS Modules, React Query, and Zustand
  • Strong grasp of mobile responsiveness and desktop optimisation
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and asynchronous programming patterns
  • Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (preferred)
  • Agile practices: comfortable with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and rapid iteration
