Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack enterprise applications

  • Work on both frontend and backend development

  • Perform bug fixing, performance optimization, and system enhancements

  • Develop and manage API integrations with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, third-party platforms)

  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners

  • Ensure code quality, security, and scalability standards

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

  • Adhere to project timelines, development standards, and documentation practices

Technical Skills Required

Frontend

  • Strong experience in React.js or Angular

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

  • Experience with responsive UI/UX and modern frontend frameworks

Backend

  • Hands-on experience with at least one:

    • Node.js

    • Java (Spring Boot preferred)

    • .NET / .NET Core

  • Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices

Database

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • SQL (MS SQL / MySQL / PostgreSQL)

    • OR NoSQL (MongoDB)

  • Experience in database design and optimization

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise application environments (ERP/CRM integrations preferred)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Understanding of version control systems (Git)

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development

  • Proven experience in enterprise or large-scale application development

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
