Roles & Responsibilities

BlackStone eIT is excited to welcome a Full Stack Developer to our talented team! In this position, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will have the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring seamless integration and the best possible user experience. Your innovative mindset and expertise will help us build solutions that meet our clients' needs while pushing the boundaries of modern web development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications on both the front end and back end.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.
  • Implement server-side logic and database management for robust application performance.
  • Develop and integrate APIs to support front-end features.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the code.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the development process as appropriate.
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET full stack development.
    • End-to-End Development: Proven ability to handle complete development lifecycle, from design to release, independently and hands-on.
    • Strong Proficiency in Technical Skills:
    • Backend: .NET Core, C#.
    • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server
    • Frontend: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, React, Angular
    • UI Libraries/Frameworks: Kendo UI, Telerik
    • DevOps & Version Control: GitHub, TFS, CI/CD pipelines
    • Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
    • Experience in microservices-based architectures.
    • Automation & Quality Tools: Azure DevOps, Selenium, code quality check tools , YAML etc.
    • Added Advantage : MAUI Mobile framework experience
    • Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.
    • Highly dynamic, skilled and expertise in working with Agile methodology.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a professional setting.
