Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and driven Full Stack Developer to join our Engineering Team and contribute to the development of scalable mobile, web, and back-end solutions. This role focuses on building high-quality applications, optimizing system performance, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience, strong backend expertise, and solid exposure to frontend and mobile technologies.

  • Design, develop, and maintain mobile, web, and backend applications.

  • Build scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.

  • Develop and optimize mobile applications using React Native.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Support deployment and infrastructure activities using AWS and Docker.

  • Ensure compliance with internal development standards, security requirements, and SOPs.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and system architecture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MongoDB – minimum 3 years

  • React – minimum 5 years

  • React Native – minimum 5 years

  • TypeScript – minimum 5 years

  • Node.js – minimum 5 years

  • AWS – minimum 5 years

  • Docker – minimum 3 years

  • Experience with Swift is an advantage



Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js and TypeScript.

  • Good exposure to frontend technologies and UI integration.

  • Proven experience developing and publishing mobile apps on Google Play and Apple App Store.

  • Proficiency in Xcode and Android Studio.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude toward learning and growth.

  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

  • Basic project management and task ownership skills.


Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AWS, Feathers.js, Redis, Kotlin, or Swift.

  • Knowledge of Material UI and styled-components.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field from an accredited university.
