Roles & Responsibilities

The Full Stack IT Manager acts as a technical catalyst to facilitate, design, and develop robust, best-in-class software. This role requires solid experience in emerging and traditional technologies, such as Node.js, React, .NET, C#, REST, SQL, Web API databases, and relational databases. You will play an integral role in ensuring, implementing, and maintaining secure coding practices to the highest security standards. In addition, this role includes responsibilities for:

· Provide technical guidance to the team to build scalable services and applications optimized for the best customer experience, with scale, performance, security, and availability considerations. Provide Leadership to the team daily through various processes, fostering cross-teaming.

  • Lead team on requirements, design, architecture, and write software components.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize applications and processes.
  • Support the diagnosis of complex developmental & operational problems and improvements.
  • Adhere to software development processes and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science. BE Computers / MCA
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • 12-20 years of hands-on software product development experience.
  • Experience in building and managing development teams with multiple technologies.
  • Experience in design and development with UI, Backend, and databases is a must.
  • Extensive work experience in NodeJS, Web API, .NET, C#, Express JS, React JS/AngularJS, SQL databases, MongoDB DB, and other relational databases
  • Experience in enterprise web-based application technologies and corresponding protocols.
  • Experience with at least one public cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure (AWS preferred)
  • Solid understanding of security concerns for web-based applications
  • Good understanding of REST architectural style, Microservices concepts, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in the different development, integration, and QA tools.
  • Strong experience with database concepts (Relational and non-relational)
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and adapting to complex and fast-moving environments
