Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training sessions in line with industry standards.

Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance with the latest HSE regulations and best practices.

Assess and evaluate trainees performance, providing constructive feedback and support.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards, industry regulations, and workplace safety requirements.

Conduct practical demonstrations and hands-on training to enhance learning experiences.

Work closely with organizations to develop customized HSE training programs as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory: Level 03 & Level 06 HSE certifications. (Ongoing Level 06 training may be considered.)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and instruct trainees effectively.

Prior experience in HSE training or a related field is preferred.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and workplace safety procedures.

Ability to adapt training methods to different industries and workplace environments.
