Fund Manager

Client of S&K HR Consulting

Manage day-to-day investment activities across one or more funds

• Construct and oversee portfolios, asset allocation, and performance monitoring
• Ensure full compliance with fund documentation, DFSA regulations, DIFC framework, and internal policies
• Conduct investment research, due diligence, and risk assessments
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Fund Administrators, Custodians, and Auditors
• Liaise with regulators and external service providers as required
• Support fund launches, restructuring initiatives, and investor onboarding

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in fund management, asset management, or investment advisory
• Proven track record managing private funds
• Strong understanding of DFSA regulations and DIFC regulatory framework
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio construction, risk management, and performance oversight
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA, MBA (preferred)
• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder-management capabilities
