In this role, you will act as a primary advisor to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals and families. Your goal is to provide holistic financial guidance, ranging from investment strategy and tax planning to estate management and philanthropic goals. The ideal candidate possesses a rare blend of analytical rigor and emotional intelligence, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable, personalized life strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of private clients, serving as their "financial quarterback." 2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that include asset allocation, retirement planning, risk management, and tax-efficient strategies. 3. Portfolio Analysis: Monitor market trends and re balance client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk tolerance and long-term objectives. 4. Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and community involvement. 5.Collaboration: Coordinate with clients' external legal and tax advisors to ensure a seamless execution of estate and legacy plans. 6. Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to industry regulations, fiduciary standards, and internal firm policies.
