Prepare, agree and reconcile financial reports to the source ledgers (SAP) to ensure integrity of the data provided and upload onto Cadency for review by VP Finance

Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for funding initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Prepare and agree submission paperwork with UK MOD to support Customer claims through the claims process

Deliver accurate and consistent financial reporting information to meet the needs of Central Finance, Project teams and Treasury from a Sums Due and Cash receipts perspective.

Ensure compliance with funding regulations and organizational policies.

Assist the sales team in financial planning and forecasting related to sales initiatives.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide financial insights to inform sales strategies.

Prepare and present financial reports related to funding activities, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and assist in auditing processes as required Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers

Ensure all financial activities related to funding, projects, sales, and debt management comply with relevant regulations.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in funding operations

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including funding recipients, to provide guidance and support

Prepare Income journals for all monthly Income receipts and match off against Debtors in the source accounts

Prepare and agree Sums Due monitors and Monthly Programme accounts with UK MOD and MODSAP Riyadh

Prepare and maintain the Disputes register to ensure the latest position is available at all times

Resolve problems to ensure deadlines are met
