Roles & Responsibilities

Furniture Conservator


Main Missions

  • Manage fixed assets in accordance with current regulations
  • Adhere to the hotel's internal procedures for managing fixed assets.
  • Supervise the upkeep, maintenance and optimization of assets.
  • Maintain fixed asset inventories on a periodic basis
  • Manage the storage depot for fixed assets awaiting allocation (cleanliness, stock management, packaging)

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance or management.

  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Competences in asset management and r egulation.
  • My mastery of office software.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Rigour, autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
