• Develop and design innovative furniture concepts that meet client specifications and needs.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to refine product design details.
• Create detailed sketches, 3D models, and prototypes for proposed furniture designs.
• Ensure that designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional in real-world applications.
• Research recent trends and materials to enhance design relevance and functionality.
• Oversee the entire design process from concept through to final product realization.
• Communicate effectively with production teams to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Regularly review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and colleagues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations of design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update specifications and design documentation throughout the development process.
• Stay updated on regulatory standards and incorporate safety features in designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align designs with brand identity and strategy.

• Bachelor s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Proven portfolio showcasing previous successful furniture design projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Innovative thinking and creativity in developing new and original design concepts.
