Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Trading Execution: Execute FX trades efficiently while managing risk and capital allocation.
  • Market Analysis: Perform both technical and fundamental analysis to inform trading decisions.
  • Strategy Development: Develop, test, and refine FX trading strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with traders, quants, and technologists to optimize trading performance and infrastructure.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain and report trading performance and metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in financial markets.

  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FX markets and trading instruments.
  • Decision Making: Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced market environment.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with trading platforms and execution tools.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of profitable trading, with experience at trading companies or hedge funds. (starting capital will vary pending experience)
  • Analytical Skills: Understanding of market analysis, both technical and fundamental.
