General Accountant

Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities

• Record and track daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.

• Maintain the General Ledger and prepare accurate journal entries.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Monitor inventory-related transactions in coordination with the sales and warehouse teams.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and VAT requirements.

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation for auditing purposes.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: 1 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Age Range: 25 30 years.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Experience with bank reconciliation, AR/AP, and general ledger management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
