Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The College of Business Administration of Umm Al Quwain University (UAQU) invites applicants for a full-time faculty position in General Management at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor.

The desired candidate is expected to contribute to the College s research, teaching, and service.

Qualifications

  • PhD in General Management or related fields (e.g., Strategic Management, Sustainable Management, Operations Management, etc.).
  • Candidates with a PhD in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Marketing will not be considered in this cycle.
  • Strong research background with working papers and publications in high-ranked journals.
  • Broad teaching portfolio and experience in modern course delivery (asynchronous or hybrid).
  • Industry or corporate experience will be considered a plus.
