About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience in a similar position in a fine dining with an average of at least 50 covers a day.
• Candidates with 2 star and 3-4 hat Gault Millau restaurants will be preferred.
• Excellent product knowledge of fine dining cuisine specific to the type of restaurant and budgeting.
• Secondary school diploma or above; bachelor s degree in hospitality management an advantage and WSET 2.

• Proficient in MS Office and POS software.

• International experience in trendsetting places such as Tokyo, London, Paris, New York, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore and Shanghai a great advantage.
• Passion and knowledge for service, food and wine with Sommelier certification an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities.
• Customer service orientated, excellent communicator and good interpersonal skills.
