Roles & Responsibilities


Key Relationships
Lead and grow Mirage International Properties Consultant business with clear focus on
delivering set objectives, KPIs, and financial targets.
Oversee Sales & Leasing operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and
achievement of revenue targets.
Ensure optimal performance and value retention of all managed properties through
effective Property and Facilities Management strategies.
Identify and implement new business opportunities, partnerships, and market
expansions to drive revenue growth.
Provide strategic insights across Legal, Finance, Administration, HR, and Marketing
functions in alignment with the company s vision.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and
compliance.
Foster a high-performance team culture through effective leadership, staff
development, and collaboration.
Contribute to company-wide strategic planning and policy development.
Ensure full legal and operational compliance, including adherence to commercial law
and contractual obligations.
Lead contract negotiations, tendering processes, and service-level agreements to
protect and advance the company s interests.
Experience
Proven track record as a General Manager or Senior Leader in the Real Estate or Property
Management sector.
Strong experience in Facilities Management, Sales & Leasing, and Property Portfolio
Oversight.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage operations across
Legal, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
Deep knowledge of the Qatar real estate market and related regulations.
Commercially savvy with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Commercial Law, contract development.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a
related field (Master s preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of experience in property or real estate management, with at least
5 years in a senior leadership role.
RERA Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
RCRA License/Certification will be considered a strong advantage.
A high standard of written and spoken English is a must preferably native.
