Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Overall management of logistics operations including air sea land and warehousing

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company growth and profitability

  • Oversee pricing costing sales operations and customer service

  • Manage relationships with airlines shipping lines agents and key clients

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations Free Zone authorities and international logistics standards

  • Monitor financial performance budgets cash flow and profit margins

  • Lead negotiate and approve major contracts and rates

  • Coordinate with finance HR IT and operations departments

  • Set KPIs and performance targets for managers and teams

  • Improve operational processes efficiency and cost control

  • Represent the company with authorities partners and major clients

  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as General Manager Operations Manager or Senior Management role in logistics

  • Strong background in freight forwarding Free Zones and UAE logistics market

  • Excellent leadership decision making and people management skills

  • Strong commercial mindset pricing negotiation and cost control experience

  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and operational workflows

  • Ability to handle pressure multitask and take full ownership

  • Excellent communication skills in English Arabic is an advantage

  • Experience in Dubai Airport Free Zone or Jebel Ali Free Zone is a strong advantage
