Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and service quality.
Lead and inspire a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
-Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of cleaning and catering services across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, food safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and supply usage to minimize waste and cost.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Participate in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Human Resources :
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff.
Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development plans.
Handle disciplinary matters and promote positive employee relations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
