Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Lead and manage the overall hotel operation with a strong commercial focus.

Drive profitability while maintaining market-leading position, ensuring revenue, guest satisfaction, and team engagement goals are achieved.

Oversee key property priorities including renovations projects, quality standards, and customer experience.
-
Deliver realistic budgets and set short- and long-term strategic goals aligned with Hilton and ownership expectations.
-
Provide exceptional leadership, fostering Hilton culture and values while developing team members and driving localization in Oman.

Ensure compliance with Hilton Brand Service Standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Control costs and optimize resources without reinventing the wheel, focus on continuity and building on existing improvements.
-
Manage and mentor the Hotel Management team, ensuring career progression and effective succession planning.
-
Hold regular communication meetings with HODs to maintain alignment and engagement.
-
Respond to audits and ensure compliance across all operational areas.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on Owner relations, Commercial and Operations, guest experience and Team Member engagement. Enthusiastic and passionate, you will have current experience as a General Manager or Commercial Manager/Guest Operations Manager Shine GM Graduate within a similar quality hotel.
A General Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Experienced GM or first-time GM - with strong commercial acumen

Proven ability to build and maintain strong owner relations

Strong ability to collaborate and foster networks and relationships, with owners, contractors, and corporates must be highly visible.

Skilled in driving profitability and delivering commercial opportunities

Strong leadership and people management skills, able to unite teams and embed Hilton culture and values.

Ability to develop talent and push for localization in Oman.

Shows resilience under pressure and adaptability to change.
-
Eye for quality and operational, focus on continuity and growth.
-
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and strategic planning for similar-sized properties.
-
Hungry, ambitious, and ready to take the property forward while maintaining its leading market share.

In-depth knowledge of hospitality and service sectors.
-
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
-
Arabic language preferred; English mandatory.

Middle East experience preferred
