Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Functions

  • Maintain a clear and effective focus on day-to-day business objectives while contributing to the strategic development and leadership of Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, aligned with Ennismore s regional goals.

  • Take full accountability for the people, product, and profit of the property delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising revenue through sales and yield management, and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

  • Champion innovation to meet both short- and long-term strategic objectives.

  • Provide inspirational leadership by motivating and developing all employees to contribute towards the overall success of the property.

  • Monitor and action guest feedback, including mystery guest programmes, to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Maintain regular communication with the Chief Operating Officer to influence the hotel s strategic direction.

  • Ensure adherence to company reporting, control systems, and compliance standards.

  • Lead, develop, and empower employees to deliver operational best practices, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and brand standards.

  • Ensure the property is staffed with skilled, motivated team members capable of meeting the elevated service expectations set by Our Habitas.

  • Continuously review and update control systems, ensuring a consistently safe and welcoming environment for guests, employees, contractors, and visitors.

  • Be a visible and active member of the local community, positioning Our Habitas Ras Abrouq as a positive and responsible contributor within the marketplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7-10 years experience as a General Manager in ultra-luxury, lifestyle, or experiential hospitality brands, with a proven record of delivering exceptional operational and financial results.

Experience working in culturally diverse environments, with a strong preference for Middle East experience.

Strong customer orientation with high emotional intelligence, credibility, and a deep sense of accountability.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including local community and government relations.

Leadership skills that inspire, unify, and drive teams to deliver excellence in guest experience and business performance.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Arabic language is highly desirable.

A passion for sustainable, purpose-driven hospitality.
