Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the strategic direction and overall performance of the architectural firm's operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with the company's global vision and local market dynamics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government officials, and industry stakeholders, fostering a network that drives business development and project acquisition.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the KSA operations, including budget management, revenue generation, and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of architects, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

  • Holds professional architectural licenses or certifications recognized in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  • Exhibits a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience within the architecture an real estate development industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Demonstrates at least 8 years of experience in a leadership role, showcasing the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
