Role Summary
A prominent building materials firm in Dubai is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead its Marble Division. This role requires full-spectrum oversight of operations, sales, production, and business strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and industry leadership. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in natural stone or marble industry practices, strong commercial leadership, and an exceptional ability to drive operational excellence and innovation.

What You ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Marble Division s local and international footprint
* Oversee all functions including quarrying, manufacturing, procurement, cutting, installation, and customer delivery
* Lead and mentor sales teams to drive B2B and B2C revenues, build channel partnerships, and grow market share
* Maintain P&L responsibility, control operating costs, and ensure profitability through KPIs and cost optimization
* Recruit, coach, and retain top talent across project management, production, and sales functions
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all operational units
* Cultivate strong relationships with architects, developers, and contractors to grow project pipeline
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA is a plus)
* Minimum 10 years of experience in marble, natural stone, or building materials sector
* At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with hands-on exposure to production and commercial operations
* Strong understanding of the entire marble supply chain, from quarrying to installation
* Proficiency in ERP, CAD, and project management tools
* Excellent negotiation, financial management, and people leadership skills
