Be an ambassador for the brand and the property as a General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills and strategic vision will help you build an engaged team, improve customer satisfaction and maximize operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, your desire to achieve the best results, exceed targets, and position the property in its market.

Drive the business
o Define governance and strategic direction for the establishment, and support all departments in achieving operational objectives.
o Optimize margins and financial performance
o Ensure full compliance with operational controls/audits and current legislation in all areas
Build your team
o Actively participate in the recruitment process within the establishment to select the best profiles
o Be the guarantor of employee engagement and establish a collaborative and inclusive environment where all employees are encouraged to give their opinion
o Develop good relationships within the local community
Guarantee the service culture
o Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed customer expectations
o Promote the brand and ensure that all standards are implemented and consistently met.

Your experience and skills include:

. Previous experience in a general management role within a similar hospitality brand or business
