Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure IT and digital strategies are fully aligned with corporate objectives and deliver enterprise-wide technology programs that enable growth, operational excellence, and digital advancement.
Ensure the implementation of comprehensive Enterprise IT & Digital Services technology plan that align with strategic priorities, ensuring timely delivery of critical programs and infrastructure modernization.
Improve a culture of innovation and efficiency within IT, Application and Support teams by introducing tools, processes, and practices that increase collaboration, output, and solution creativity.
Provide clear direction, mentorship, and leadership to build high-performing IT, Application and Support teams, ensuring strong engagement, motivation, and accountability.
Drive cost optimization through smart sourcing, automation, and effective vendor management while reviewing project-wise business cases to ensure strategic alignment, maintain functional budget allocations, and enable real-time expenditure tracking to control costs within approved limits and maximize ROI on Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and Support Systems.
Ensure the effective implementation of cybersecurity frameworks and policies across Enterprise IT & Digital Services to maintain compliance with national and international standards, while proactively strengthening security posture through monitoring, governance, and awareness to minimize cybersecurity risks and incidents.
Ensure resilient backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies are effectively implemented and regularly tested to safeguard data, maintain high system availability, and enable rapid restoration of critical IT infrastructure, applications, and telecommunication services during disruptions.
Ensure IT risk management practices, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain business continuity and data integrity.
Strengthen IT, Application and Support system architectures, redundancy, and response mechanisms to reduce downtime and operational disruptions through improving processes, integrating systems, using automation to enhance service quality, proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Lead and deliver digital transformation programs that integrate new technologies seamlessly into existing environments, enhance usability and stakeholder adoption, and demonstrate measurable business value by improving efficiency, agility, and organizational capability.
Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, regional operations, and external stakeholders such as APSR, OIA, and vendors to ensure alignment, compliance, and timely delivery of initiatives.
Develop and implement workforce development strategies that build technical capabilities, promote continuous learning, and establish succession and career progression plans while fostering engagement and retention of high-performing IT talent.
Develop and track KPIs to continuously measure, benchmark, and improve IT service performance related to Infrastructure, applications, security and digital services.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards across all IT functions.
Maintain readiness for internal and external audits, achieving successful results with minimal non-conformities.
Ensure IT and digital operations fully comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a safe workplace.
Enhance internal and external customer experiences through responsive, reliable, and innovative technology solutions.
Manage contracts and SLAs to ensure vendors deliver value, compliance, and continuous service improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Master s degree in IT Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
Preferred Professional certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL)
Professional Experience
Total 11+ years of experience in Information Technology and minimum 6+ years in IT Management roles if Master s Degree./p>
At least 4+ years of experience in leadership position/p>
